Nano-technology and nano-characterization of nano- and opto-electronic as well as of piezoelectric devices and materials for IT

这项提议的目的是在纳米技术和纳米光电以及信息技术用压电装置和材料的纳米技术和纳米表征方面开展长期的三国合作。特别是，研究生/研究人员在各个相关国际机构的交流将加强他们在技术和性格方面的经验。研究内容包括激光、激光二极管、超大规模集成电路、多层器件、纳米材料、纳米复合材料、导电聚合物、环境友好材料、压电和铁电材料以及多层材料等光微机械器件和各种材料的制备、基本表征、基础理论、分析技术发展和应用。

The aim of this proposal is to develop a long-term tri-national cooperation on nanotechnology and nano-characterization of nano- and opto-electronic as well as of piezoelectric devices and materials for IT. Especially, post graduated students/researchers exchanging each involved international institute will intensify their experiences in technology and characterization. The research activities include fabrication, fundamental characterization, basic theory, analytical technique development and application on opto- and micromechanical devices and various materials, such as laser, laser diode, ultra large integrated circuit, multilayer devices, nano-materials, nano-composite, conductance polymer, environmental-friendship materials, piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials as well as multilayer materials.
