ADHD & ODD are 2 common & most serious of childhood behavioral problems. This study will test a Research Diagnostic Criterium that combines the categorical approach of the DSM-IV with the quantitative approach of the EBT. This RDC will allow childhood behavior to be categorized & quantified. Probands will be selected by the RDC criteria and the degree of RDC impairment in siblings & related adults will be established. Through the use of QTL linkage techniques,we will search the genome of these proband-sibling sets & identify QTL's for ADHD & ODD.
