LARGE GRANULAR LYMPHOCYTE (LGL) LEUKEMIA REGISTRY PROTOCOL

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The major objectives of this study are: 1) to establish a registry of LGL leukemia patients in order to determine the natural history of this disorder and correlate clinical outcomes with laboratory parameters; 2) determine if clonal progression or spontaneous remission occurs in LGL leukemia; and 3) to establish a bank of blood and tissue samples collected from LGL leukemia patients and control subjects.
