This study is to: *Evaluate the safety and tolerability of 1 dose of adenoviral vector vaccine prime followed by 1 dose of adenoviral vector vaccine boost and 2 doses of DNA vaccine prime followed by 1 dose of adenoviral vector vaccine boost* describe the kinetics of the HIV specific CD4 and CD8 cell responses* describe the kinetics of binding antibody responses * compare the effects priming with DNA vs. priming with adenovirus* describe the social impact of participation.
