The goal of the proposed research is to obtain a better understanding of what visual memory is. Although various aspects of visual memory are known (e.g. iconic memory, visual short-term memory, visual long-term memory), each of these is far from understood. The intent of this project is better understand what they are, and how they relate to (and work with) each other.
