This project is to conduct the US-PRC Researcher Exchange Program on behalf of the NSF Earthquake Hazard Mitigation Program, as envisioned in the Annex III of the US/PRC Protocol for Scientific and Technical Cooperative Research in Earthquake Studies, Earthquake Engineering and Hazard Mitigation. The project will provide financial support for travel and administrative and educational infrastructure to undertake logistical planning and coordination of the scientific exchange visits of the US and PRC investigators.
