Support for 2006 Electrochemistry Gordon Conference, Santa Ynez, California, February 12-17, 2006

This award enables the participation by and mentoring of ten younger female and underrepresented minority students, postdoctorals, and junior faculty at the 2006 Gordon Research Conference on Electrochemistry that will be held in Santa Ynez, California, February 12-17, 2006. In addition to enabling the ten young scientists to attend the conference and engage in discussions with US and international scientists, this award will facilitate their interactions with several notable senior US scientists who will serve as mentors for the targeted group at the week-long meeting.
