The intensive cooperation and exchange of data between the different groups of FOR917 makes a central platform indispensible. Apart from scientific exchange within FOR917, the central project will also provide the essential funds for members of the Research Unit to attend national and international meetings. This is of importance also for the international visibility of the Research Unit as well as our scientific progress. Another important objective of the central project is the promotion of gender equality and the support of female scientists as well as the promotion of young scientists.
