以下二つの課題について研究実績について報告する。【課題1】国際機関が要求する評価範囲を網羅した影響評価手法開発UNEPが指定するエンドポイント(人間健康，社会資産，生物多様性，生態系サービス)を対象としたLCIA手法を開発する．人間健康，社会資産，生物多様性については，LIME3(日本)，Recipe(欧州)，LCImpact(欧州)， Impact World+(米国・カナダ)といった世界の環境影響を反映するLCIA手法のなかから最も優れた手法を選定し，引用・更新する．本年度は「オゾン層破壊」「酸性化」「化石燃料」「廃棄物」を対象にしてレビューと更新版特性化係数を開発した．ここで得られた成果を活用して、年間の経済活動に伴う環境影響を規格値として算定した．この成果は現在科学論文に投稿中である．【課題2】国際規格に整合した便益移転関数と経済評価手法の開発既に得ている先進国と新興国を含む19ヵ国（G20）の横断的データLIME3を活用した上で，特定の国について同様の調査を複数年に渡って実施することで，将来も適用できる便益移転関数の開発を目指す．本年度は、トルコ、インド、ブラジルを対象に分析調査を行った．すべての国をインターネット調査で実施したが、いずれも統計的に有意な結果が得られたことから調査方法、利用データは良好であることが確認された。さらに、先進国と途上国の間の回答の傾向について考察を行い、回答者属性の違いが人間健康と生物多様性の価値判断にどのような影響があるか潜在クラスモデルを用いた分析を行った。その成果を科学論文に投稿中である。
