项目摘要

令和4年度の研究実績は、以下の3点である。第1に、昨年度に引き続き、健康経営実践企業及び組織に対して健康経営実践企業の実態（健康経営取り組みの背景や経緯、組織体制、組織に健康経営を浸透させる工夫、健康経営推進のキーポイント、健康経営を阻害する要因など）を把握するべくインタビュー調査を行っている。インタビュー調査は、健康経営を実践する企業6社と、健康経営を企業の事業活動から除外した企業1社に対して実施している。これらの企業及び組織への調査を踏まえ、健康経営実践企業及び組織の特徴について検討を行っている。第2に、一般社団法人社会的健康戦略研究所が主催する産学連携プロジェクトである「大学対抗『健康』×『マーケティング』コンペティション2022」を通して、本コンペティションの実施や本コンペティションの実施の際に行う運動促進アプリを用いた運動の習慣化の試みが、大学生の健康に関するリテラシーを向上させうるか、について調査を行った。第3に、上記の研究の取り組みについて、日本マーケティング学会におけるリサーチ・プロジェクト「健康アセット・マーケティング研究会」において報告を行なっている。今年度も昨年度に引き続き、2度の報告を行なっている。（報告テーマ①「日本における健康経営の現状と課題、今後の展望について」、報告テーマ②「アクサ生命が推進する「健康経営アクサ式の本質」、および、アクサ生命と連携した産学連携PJとして、大学生（学域領域）における日本の中小企業への健康経営に関するヒアリング調査結果の考察について」）
