2022年度は、予定していた「当事者」組織へのインタビュー調査を、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響により実施することができなかった。そのためインタビュー調査の質問項目の検討、及び発達障害者家族の「親亡き後」に関わる支援、中でも発達障害当事者の意思決定支援について文献研究を通して検討した。意思決定支援は、①意思形成支援、②意思表明支援、③意思実現支援からなるとされているが、言語コミュニケーションが可能な発達障害当事者の場合、これらが十分に行われていない可能性がある。発達障害当事者の中には、人や環境からの「ネガティヴな眼差しや扱い」を受け続けてきた結果、人の言動や表情をネガティヴに認知する「ネガティヴ・フィルター」が形成され、他者と関係を結ぶ困難が生じている人がいたり（山本智子　2016）、発達障害が「社会性の障害」という診断基準で記述されることにより、障害の原因が社会ではなく個人の側へ過剰に帰責されたりしてしまう現状があることなどが指摘されている（熊谷晋一郎・綾屋紗月　2014）。このような指摘を踏まえると、より一層、慎重に意思決定支援を行っていく必要がある。「意思決定支援ガイドライン」（厚生労働省　2018）においては、意思決定支援責任者の配置や会議の開催等の手続きが重視されているが、「できたら同じ歩幅で歩いてほしい」（山本智子　2016）といった当事者の声を踏まえると、「ふたりで“今ここ”をとらえる」（村瀬孝生　2022）や、「他者の介入を受けた自己決定」（天畠大輔　2022）のような、当事者と支援者との協働での意思決定といったあり方が、発達障害当事者においても求められており、「親亡き後」の支援体制の構築に向けては、こうした意思決定が可能となる支援者との関係性を、親がいる間から継続的に構築していくことが必要であると考察した。
