项目摘要

ヘルパーの観察項目は、援助項目（身体機能‐起居動作、生活機能、社会生活への適応、医療的ケア枠組み）に分類し、項目の内容はヘルパーが実践できる内容で示し、観察が必要な理由や予測されるリスクの項目を作成した。さらに、ヘルパーからの連携を望む職種を項目ごとに連携先の項目として設け、ポスターとして、パイロット研究の期間中（3か月間）研究対象施設の壁に提示できるものとした。また、ヘルパー事業所のヘルパーやサービス担当責任者（以下サ責）に使用していただく観察項目シートは厚生労働省の老計10号の訪問介護員の援助項目（生活援助3項目、身体援助13項目に医療的ケアを追記）17項目ごとに複写式で30回分を1冊として冊子を作成した。研究対象者は訪問介護事業所（17施設）のヘルパー、サ責、対象となる訪問介護事業所の連携先の居宅介護支援事業所（7施設）のケアマネジャーと訪問看護ステーション（10施設）の訪問看護師に研究の依頼をし、承諾が得られた。パイロット研究およびパイロット研究に対する質問紙調査、インタビュー調査に関する倫理審査申請書の承認を研究代表者が在籍する大学から得られた。次年度4月よりパイロット研究に向けて施設長への挨拶文書の送付を開始する予定である。先行研究の「在宅ケアチームメンバーがホームヘルパーに期待する観察項目と連携の課題‐療養者の異常の早期発見を目指して‐」が「日本在宅ケア学会誌」第27巻第1号の掲載の決定となる。
