本研究の目的は、筆者が実施したTelwatte et al. (2017)の追試研究結果に基づき、さらに改良され、わが国の障害者雇用状況に合った、障害のある従業員に対する合理的配慮の提供における事業主の意思決定プロセスのモデルを提案することだ。その一環として、Telwatte et al. (2017)の追試研究結果に基づき、同モデルの分析に使用する質問紙に反映させる視点について検討を行った。具体的には、わが国とTelwatte et al. (2017)が調査対象としたオーストラリアにおける、障害のある人に対する態度の差異や、雇用システム（例：長期雇用、年功賃金）の違いについて、質問紙作成に考慮すべき必要性が示唆された。

The purpose of this study is to base on the results of the follow-up study conducted by Telwatte et al. (2017), improve the employment situation of Chinese barriers, and provide reasonable allocation and rational decision-making for business owners. A follow-up study conducted by Telwatte et al. (2017) found that the analysis of baseline and baseline data was based on the use of query paper to reflect the perspective of the study. Telwatte et al. (2017), on the subject of investigation, on the differences in attitudes towards people who are harmful, on the violations of employment conditions (e.g., long-term employment, annual salary), and on the necessity of considering the formulation of questions.
