Institutional reflexivity in sociotechnical networks: Participatory analysis and design of cyclic innovation practice in PSS (A11*)

向PSS转移使得有必要协调日益异构的参与者群体之间的相互作用模式。这需要1)组织足够形式的创新实践：开发PSS创新的日常工作。创新实践需要被反复审查和重新评估，以使组织学习成为可能。基于循环管理的新兴组织形式也必须加以审查、重新评估和重新制度化。制度反身性的第三个层次是子项目A11的重点。它的目的是确定适当的体制反射形式，并制定一种参与性方法，与相关利益攸关方共同设计这些形式。

Moving to PSS makes it necessary to coordinate the patterns of interaction between an increasingly heterogeneous group of actors. This requires 1) adequate forms of organizing innovation practice: the daily work of developing PSS innovations. Innovation practice needs be 2) reviewed and reevaluated repeatedly to enable organizational learning. Emergent forms of organizing cycle-based management have to be 3) reviewed, reevaluated and re-institutionalized as well. This third level of institutional reflexivity is the focus of subproject A11. It aims at identifying appropriate forms of institutional reflexivity and develops a participatory approach to co-design them with relevant stakeholders.
