项目摘要

本研究の目的は、教員志望学生を対象とし、①生徒行動に対して教師が想定する原因の共起性や複雑性を測定する尺度を作出すること、②生徒逸脱行動場面において想定する原因の特徴と対処、喚起感情との関連を検討すること、③生徒逸脱行動に対する想定原因の共起複雑性に介入する教員志望学生対象のプログラムの開発を行い、その実施と評価を行うことである。上記の①と②について、令和4年度は、令和3年度の調査結果（教育実習生の生産的な振り返りや教師効力感の育成を念頭に置いた場合、一般的な帰属複雑性尺度をそのまま使用するのではなく、教育場面を意識した質問項目に修正する必要があること）を受けて、教師志望学生が想定する生徒の言動の原因の特徴とその対処法について場面提示法を用いて詳細な検討を試みた。その結果、授業における生徒の逸脱行動場面において教師志望学生が想定する原因について複数のカテゴリーが得られた。さらに教師志望学生が想定しやすい原因（生徒の欲求と顕在的環境の影響）と想定しにくい原因（生徒の能力・信念、潜在的環境の影響）があることが示唆された。くわえて現職教師対象の先行研究と同様に、教師志望学生が対象であっても、逸脱行動の原因として生徒本人によるコントロールが非常に難しいと考えられる原因も含めて多様な原因を想定することが相互作用的対処の試みを促進することが示唆された。また③については、IPEパラダイムを活用して教師志望学生を対象としたトレーニングを試験的に実施しその効果を確認した。具体的には、教師志望学生が生徒の逸脱行動に対して想定する原因の量と多様性が増すことが確認された。
