1. 研究目的本研究では、授業というコミュニケーションがいかにして成り立ち、進められているかを分析する。教員として実践経験のない教育実習生の授業を談話分析の対象として、授業コミュニケーションのあり方を明らかにし、実習生の授業改善に関する方策を示すことである。2. 研究方法教育実習生を対象としたアンケート調査と実際の授業場面の録画・録音を行った。アンケート調査では、実習生の授業経験や大学などにおける授業コミュニケーション能力の訓練の実際などを質問項目としてあげた。授業場面の録画・録音は、とくに授業の冒頭部分を文字化し、談話分析の資料として用いた。3. 研究成果アンケート調査では、授業に関するコミュニケーションの経験が明らかとなった。大学の授業では、教材分析、指導案作りを中心に学んでいるものの、模擬授業やプレゼンテーションといった、一対多のコミュニケーションの機会に乏しいことがわかった。そのため、指導案は作れるが実際の授業となるとうまくいかないといった事態に陥る。実習を終えて、課題として挙げられる点には、コミュニケーションの齟齬をいかに生まないようにするか、ということが多く挙げられた。談話分析では、授業コミュニケーションの典型である「IRE(発問・返答・評価)構造」が色濃く見られた。しかし、この形式一辺倒であるがために、教師主導の授業から脱却できず、生徒の主体的な学習を促すことができず、結果「退屈な」時間となり、真の意味で有意義な授業を構築できていないということが見受けられた。「授業らしきもの」を見直し、一方的な教授、レールの上をたどることから脱却し、活動的な学習を取り入れる意識を実習生に持たせることが有効であるといえる。
