项目摘要

医療機関や行政機関は地域の親子が利用する事が多く、その中で子どもを「怒鳴る」、「たたく」といった体罰の場面を目撃することも少なくない。しかしこのような場面で介入し、代替行動を示す事は容易ではない。どのようにその親子に声がけを行い、どのような代替行動を取れば良いのかを示し、技術として身につけ行動を起こすことができる様にするため米国で開発され、エビデンスも蓄積されつつある「ノー・ヒット・ゾーン（NHZ）」の邦訳版を用いて、医療機関、行政機関においてプログラム受講者への前向き効果研究を行っている。効果研究においては、海外の先行研究で使用され、妥当性及び信頼性について確認されている質問紙であるAttitude Toward Spanking Questionnaire（ATS）を元に言語的妥当性を担保した翻訳版質問票を作成するための標準的な手順に従い作成した「子どもをたたくことについての質問票13項目版(ATS13-J)」を用いている。現在受講前のデータ解析を行い、現在受講後6か月の調査中であり、今後1年まで解析予定である。今回の解析では対象者は118名、ATS-J13による評価では、体罰の行使に対してあらゆる場面で反対であったのは37％だった。また、82％が過去1年以内に体罰場面に遭遇しており、その中で遭遇した際にいつも行動を起こせたのは38％だった。行動を起こせなかった62％の理由として、「なんと声がけしたら良いのかわからなかった」が33％、「親が怒って子どもにもっと痛いことをするのではと心配だった」が16％だった。行政機関において多くが体罰場面を目撃ているにもかかわらず、適切な声がけ等の行動がとれていなかった実態が米国での先行研究と同様に明らかになった。現在6か月のデータを解析中であるが、体罰場面において、適切な声がけと介入を行うNHZの効果が日本においても期待される。
