A県内の医療機関の看護管理者および看護職を対象に、COVID-19対策の危機管理の課題や教育ニーズ等を明らかにする目的で郵送法による自記式質問調査を実施した（2021年度）。現在、それらのデータを解析し学会発表への演題登録を行い論文を作成中である。また、2022年度から地域の医療機関に所属する感染管理担当看護師を対象とした、看護職人材育成および新興感染症対策支援を目的として新興感染症対策教育プログラムを用いた研修会を実施し、そのプログラム評価を目的とした自記式質問調査による評価を行っている。現在、その成果について論文投稿中である。
