项目摘要

本研究の目的は、多様性を活かしたキャリア開発プログラムにおける看護職員のキャリア発達の効果を検証することである。研究計画としては、第１段階である2021～2023年度に目的：①キャリア発達モデル、②アウトカム評価のキャリア発達測定尺度、③多様性を活かした効果的なキャリア開発プログラム提供内容の検討としている。現在、多様性を活かしたキャリア形成に関するスコーピングレビューを実施しているが、国内外共に看護領域において「多様性」「看護師」「キャリア形成」に関する論文はほぼない。そのため「多様性」を結婚、妊娠・出産、育児、介護、病気や怪我で加療中、障害、年齢、学歴、職歴、中途採用、国籍というキーワードして、さらにレビューを実施している。また、本研究における「キャリア開発」は医療・看護領域のみならず、経営・経済学でのレビューも必要となる。そのため、共同研究者の経営学を専門とする日詰先生からも助言をいただきながら、進めていく。レビュー実施後、今年度に①キャリア発達モデル、②アウトカム評価のキャリア発達測定尺度の研究計画を進めていく。一方、すでに研究協力病院からのプログラム開発とその短期検証の実施については許可が得れれており、2023年度に研究を確実に実施していくことが重要である。また、研究協力病院での課題は特に、多様性の中でも「育児」中の看護師に対するキャリア開発をどうするかであり、本研究ではその部分にまず着眼して、進めていくことも検討中である。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of diversity on the development of nursing staff. The objectives of the first phase of the research plan for the year 2021 - 2023 are as follows: (1) to develop the research results;(2) to evaluate the research results; and (3) to provide content for discussion. At present, diversity is active in the field of nursing care at home and abroad. "Diversity" refers to marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, care, illness, blame, treatment, disability, age, education, career, halfway adoption, nationality, middle age, birth, birth, and death. This study is aimed at the development of medical and nursing care, and is necessary for the development of medical and nursing care. The co-investigator's management and management team will continue to work together. After the implementation of the project, this year's research plan for the evaluation of the project and the measurement of the scale of the project was developed. It is important for the research team to conduct research and development in 2023. The topic of this study is to focus on the development of nursing care in children.
