昨今、医療の高度化、在院日数の短縮化などを背景に看護師の業務量が増加し、限られた時間の中で適切かつ効率的に看護ケアを提供することが求められるなど、看護師は「多重課題」への対応を余儀なくされている。また、看護師が多重課題を適切に対応できないことにより、患者に提供するサービスの質が低下すること、患者の安全性が損なわれることが問題視されるなど、看護師の多重課題遂行能力の獲得・向上は喫緊の課題であるといえる。一方、看護師の多重課題遂行能力に関する研究は限定されており、臨床の現場で中心的な役割を担う、熟練看護師に着目した研究は少ない。本研究では、１）熟練看護師の多重課題の実践をもとに、多重課題遂行能力尺度を開発し、２）開発した尺度を用いた看護師の多重課題遂行能力に関連する要因を検討する。その後、３）関連要因を考慮に入れた教育プログラムを検討し、４）開発した教育プログラムの有用性の検証を行うことを目的としている。令和4年度では、目標の１）に該当する多重課題遂行能力尺度の開発に注力し、令和3年度に作成した多重課題遂行能力尺度の原案に基づき、全国の病棟看護師を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。令和4年度末時点では、回収した質問紙の分析を行い、病棟看護師の多重課題遂行能力の因子構造を確認のうえ、開発した尺度の信頼性および妥当性を検証している段階である。令和5年度には、開発した尺度をもとに、再び全国規模の質問紙調査を実施し、病棟看護師の多重課題遂行能力に影響を与える関連要因を明らかにする。

Today, the increase of medical treatment, the shortening of hospital days, the increase of nurse's business volume, the limitation of time, the appropriate rate of care, the provision of care, the "multiple problems" and the balance of care. The quality of care provided by the patient is low, the safety of the patient is low, and the ability of the caregiver to perform multiple tasks is high. Research on the ability of a nurse to perform multiple tasks is limited, and research on the ability of a skilled nurse to perform multiple tasks is limited. This study was conducted to investigate: (1) the development of multi-task performance scales for skilled nurses; and (2) the key factors associated with multi-task performance scales for skilled nurses. 3) The main reasons for the development of the education system are: In 2004, we focused on the development of multi-task performance standards, and in 2003, we developed a baseline for multi-task performance standards, and conducted a questionnaire survey among patient nurses nationwide. At the end of the fourth year, the analysis of the questionnaire, the factor structure of the patient nurse's multi-task performance ability, the reliability and appropriateness of the development scale, and the stage of the examination were carried out. In 2010 and 2015, we conducted a nationwide questionnaire survey on the impact of multiple project implementation capabilities on patient care providers and identified key factors related to their development.
