项目摘要

本年度は【長期的なタクティールマッサージによるストレス緩和およびQOL向上効果の検証】を実施する予定であった。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、手への接触および密接が必要なタクティールマッサージの実施に関しては、対象者の募集および研究の実施が困難と判断し、実験実施は中止した。よって、令和3年度に引き続き、以下の事前準備を行った。研究方法の見直し：先行研究の検討から、継続的なケアの実施による効果の検証をおこなっている文献を再度レビューし、それらを参考にして研究方法を再検討した。情報収集：看護系学術集会に参加し、タクティールマッサージやリラクセーションの関する研究成果発表を聴き、新たな視点や方法などに関して情報収集を行い、自身の研究に活用できる内容を検討した。事前準備：研究計画書や実験参加者への説明書や同意書等の作成と、実施にあたり必要となる倫理審査委員会に提出するための書類の作成を行った。また、生理学的指標を測定するために必要な唾液分析検体容器の準備、心理学的指標とする心理質問紙の再検討を行い、次年度は速やかに実験が開始できるようにした。新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染症法上の位置付けが５類感染症になる令和5年5月以降から、感染対策をとりながら計画に従った実験を行う予定である。
