この研究は、喉頭全摘出術を受けた人の社会的適応を促進する看護の質向上を目指し、看護実践自己評価尺度を開発しそれを活用した看護介入モデルを構築することを目的としている。喉頭摘出者は退院後もセルフケアを継続しながら生活していくが、現在の看護システムでは退院後の生活の支援においても病棟看護師が重要な役割を果たしている。しかし病棟看護師が退院後の喉頭摘出者と関わる機会は限られ自己の看護実践を適切に評価するための手がかりは得難く看護の質向上において課題となる。そのため病棟看護師への調査をもとに看護師が自己の実践を振り返ることが可能な自己評価尺度を開発することにより有効な看護介入モデルを構築することを目指している。2022年度は、当初、これまでの実施した質的研究の結果、文献検討、喉頭摘出者への看護の専門家10名程度を対象としたインタビューをもとに質問紙を作成、内容的妥当性等の検討を経て、喉頭摘出者に関わる病棟看護師を対象とした質問紙調査までを予定していたが、2021年度に引き続き病棟看護師を対象とした調査をもとに質的帰納的分析を実施した。2021年度の質問項目作成のプロセスにおいて質的研究の再分析をすることに変更しているが、この分析結果は提示する看護介入の基盤となる。そのため本分析に時間を割く方向に調整した。喉頭摘出者の社会的適応を促進する看護援助について修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いた分析の結果をもとに看護実践自己評価尺度の質問項目を作成し調査を実施していく計画である。
