项目摘要

本研究は、乳幼児から発せられるノンバーバルメッセージの意味を読み取る力（以下、符号解読力）の強化に焦点を当て、看護学生の乳幼児とのコミュニケーションスキル強化を目的とした教育プログラムを開発することを目的としている。研究の第一段階では、看護学生の乳幼児とのコミュニケーションスキルのうち、符号解読力に関するものを対児コミュニケーションスキルと定義し、看護学生の対児コミュニケーションスキルの実態を測定するための測定尺度の開発と実態調査を計画していた。第二段階では、対児コミュニケーションスキルを強化するための教育プログラムと教材の開発を計画していた。本来であれば、2年目である本年度には、第二段階を終了し、第3段階へと進む計画であったが、現時点で、第一段階の測定尺度の作成過程で停滞しており、実態調査に進めていない。看護学生の対児コミュニケーションスキル測定尺度の構成概念を検討するための文献検討を実施した。一般的なコミュニケーションスキル測定尺度、看護学生のコミュニケーションスキル測定尺度、さらに、非言語的コミュニケーションスキルについて検討した。その結果、非言語的コミュニケーションでは、対象者から発せられる非言語的メッセージの解読において、非言語的サインの込められた思いや欲求を推測と検証が不可欠であることが明らかになった。非言語的サインのバリエーションも確認できた。これらを元に、尺度（案）の作成を急ぎ、測定尺度の信頼性・妥当性の検証及び実態調査へと進めていく。
