项目摘要

社会的ハイリスク妊婦を支援する専門職の認識について、前年度までの分析結果は2022年の日本母性衛生学会に於いて発表済である。前年度面接できなかった保健師の認識については面接を終え、保健師を含めた専門職の認識について分析中である。現在の分析状況では、専門職は病院・保健センター、保育所等自分の専門分野での範疇に於いては、非常に様々な機会や場面を捉えて支援に繋げようとしている姿が伺えた。専門職は多職種との連携の必要性は感じているが、切れ目ない支援に向けて垣根を超えた支援については積極的な活動があまり見受けられていない現状があった。社会的ハイリスク妊婦を支援する為の一般の方の認識を明らかにする目的で今年度ショッピングセンターの従業員に面接を試みた。現在1名の従業員と面接済みである。一般の方の認識についてはさらに面接数を増やし実態把握する計画であるが、面接の協力が得られにくい業界の特徴があり難航している。1名の面接内容からは、虐待の恐れがある母親を見かける機会はあるが、専門職に繋げたり誰かに相談したりと行動を起こす事は考えてはいない状況であった。一般の方が容易に専門職に声をかける場所や機会が作られれば、虐待やハイリスク妊婦を見つける機会に繋がると、今回の母子見守りシステムの構築が有効である可能性が示唆された。一般の方の認識については、ショッピングセンターの従業員が面接困難の場合、ショッピングセンターを利用する一般の方を対象として、ショッピングセンターにおける地域母子見守りシステムへの認識を面接する計画をしている。社会的ハイリスク妊婦への面接については未実施であり、今後実施予定である。
