2022年度は、地域の歯科医院で働く歯科医師と、病院、調剤薬局もしくはドラックストアに勤務する薬剤師に対して実施した在留外国人患者対応の経験に関するインタビューデータの分析を進め、学術的発信を行った。欧州医学教育学会（AMEE）においては、歯科医師や薬剤師が直面した言語面、社会言語面、社会文化面に関わる困難と、言語調整やツール活用、複雑性の回避、他者の協力要請などの対処法について発表した。本発表の内容をもとに、歯科医師の外国人患者対応経験に関しては、国際誌に投稿し掲載することができた。また薬剤師の外国人対応経験については、国際共著書のBook Chapterとして掲載予定となっている。研究成果の内容を基盤として教育的応用にも取り組んだ。岐阜大学医学部医学科の初年次教育においては、昨年度同様に、外国人市民の協力を得て、学生との交流授業を実施することができた。本取り組みの実践報告と医学生と外国人市民の会話分析については、第54回日本医学教育学会大会において発表した。さらに、医学科4年生を対象とした「医師患者関係」のコースにおいて、外国人患者とのコミュニケーションとやさしい日本語の必要性に関する授業を導入し、多文化共生社会における医療について考える機会を設けることができた。教材開発としては、一般市民向けの岐阜大学研究動画紹介（GU Research）において、異文化適応に関する動画教材を作成し、本教材の公開をおこなった。
