【目的】妊娠高血圧症候群と診断された産褥の母親は育児を行いながら、自分自身の健康管理を行っている特徴がある。この時期に生活習慣の改善に取り組むことで、重症化予防や中高年期に発症する疾病の予防ができることを期待し、セルフモニタリングを進めている。【研究方法】研究データ収集は、4施設において産後3，5日、1か月まで研究協力者とともに実施している。その後は2か月、3か月、6か月、1年、1年6か月、2年と縦断的に血圧、体重、疲労感、睡眠、塩分接種、情緒の落ち着き等を、研究代表者の開設しているHPでのWebでの回答を得ている。【データの収集状況】産後1年までのデータ収集実績は、2022年度は31事例が回収ができた。コロナの影響を受け、研究初年次のデータ収集に影響が出て、データ収集は2021年度からのWeb収集への計画変更により、施設研究協力者の説明や同意などから、データ収集に全体的な遅れが影響し、研究参加者数（対象者数）が当初予定より減少した。しかしながら、31例の産後6か月の分析経過からも、セルフモニタリングから血圧変動、塩分の過剰摂取、妊娠前への体重の戻り、睡眠のパターン等の傾向や課題が示唆されている（学術集会で報告）。現在の産科婦人科診療ガイドラインでは、3か月までのフォローが推奨されており、産後特有の心身状態であるという実態からも、産後1年間のデータは貴重であり、産後の健康管理を支援する方法も提案可能と考えらる。今後、さらに分析を丁寧に行うことで当初の目的を果せると考える。
