项目摘要

CHARGE症候群（以下、CS）児の生活におけるケアに関するデータベース構築を目指し、2022年度には、CS児を養育している親18名を対象としたインタビューから、「CS児を養育する上での生活上の工夫」の内容を抽出し、研究分担者・協力者と共に分析を進めているところである。CS児の各発達段階における生活の特徴と具体的な生活におけるケア内容、親が生活上で工夫した内容等を整理したものを、当事者の体験に基づいた「CS児の生活上の世話の工夫」データベースのコンテンツとして明確化するための作業である。今後、このデータベースは看護者に公開予定であり、CS児の生活の特徴や生活上で必要となる世話、親が工夫できる点等をデータベースで確認した上で、CS児や家族に対する看護に活かせるものを目指している。また、CS児と家族の現状に関する社会への認知促進や、CS児と家族に必要な支援や多職種連携充実を目指した検討の機会とすることを目的として、2022年度10月15日に、「地域で生活する医療的ケア児と家族の支援を考えよう-重複障害児のケアを中心として-」というテーマで研修会を企画運営した。具体的な内容は、当事者(母親)・訪問看護師・特別支援学校教諭の三者を招いてのシンポジストとした。参加者は58名で、職種は看護者、大学等研究職、学生、教諭、保育士、理学療法・作業療法士等であった。当事者の体験とニーズについて周知すると同時に、医療・福祉・教育の連携について各立場から具体的に検討できる機会となったと考える。
