项目摘要

本研究では，卒後３年未満の新人期看護師の看護実践能力に対するメンタリング機能と，それに影響する職場学習風土について，正統的周辺参加論に基づきモデル化し，その妥当性を検証する．正統的周辺参加論がモデルとして実証できれば，実践共同体における職場学習風土の影響や，メンタリングの有効性を示すこととなり，現在，臨床現場において暗黙のうちに行われているメンタリングの顕在化・可視化にも役立つ．本モデルは，看護管理者に対して，新人期看護師の看護実践能力習得を促す支援体制や看護方式を考えるうえでの基礎資料となりうる．当該年度においては，「新人期看護師におけるメンタリング機能の検討」についての論文執筆，発表を行った．昨年度に引き続き，新型コロナウィルス感染症の蔓延により，本研究の研究対象者に含まれる卒後１年目看護師が臨地実習に十分参加できない状態での入職となり，看護実践能力に影響を及ぼしている状況であることが推察されたこと，コロナ禍での大学教務や委員会活動，社会活動に伴い，研究時間の確保が困難となり，調査は見送ることとなった．よって，Phase１である「新人期看護師におけるメンタリング機能尺度項目の修正」を2023年度に実施する．2023年度内には，Phase２の「新人期看護師におけるメンタリング機能尺度(短縮版)の信頼性・妥当性の検討」も同時に実施協力依頼施設を選定する．また，あらかじめ依頼施設には，協力可能かどうかをはがきによって打診するなどし，新卒看護師を含め，研究対象者である新人期看護師の負担についても最大限考慮する．Phase２の研究を2024年度の後期で実施し，分析を行いモデル化する．
