项目摘要

当初の研究計画ではインタビュー調査によって、在宅療養中のALS患者及び家族介護者が前向きな姿勢や肯定的感情を抱く日常生活上の出来事の特徴を明らかにし、看護ケアの在り方を検討する予定であった。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行の影響から、先行して自記式質問紙調査を実施し、実態を把握することとした。自記式質問紙調査の後にインタビュー調査を実施することで、実態をふまえたインタビューと結果の分析が可能となる。1．在宅療養中のALS患者の家族介護者が療養中に獲得した前向きな姿勢や肯定的感情についての自記式質問紙調査2022年度は2021年度までの知見を元に作成した自記式質問紙を用いて調査を行った。この調査では介護状況、療養者の呼吸器装着状況などが療養中に獲得した前向きな姿勢や肯定的感情にあたえる影響を明らかにした。また、対象者が先天的に持つ特性が前向きな姿勢や肯定的感情にあたえる影響についても明らかにした。結果の分析は終了し、学術集会や論文で成果を公表するための準備を進めているところである。また、この質問紙調査の知見をふまえて2023年度に実施するインタビューの結果分析を行う。2．在宅療養中のALS患者の家族介護者が療養中に前向きな姿勢や肯定的感情を抱くようになった出来事と具体的対処法についてのインタビュー2022年度は対象者の選定と同意の取得を行った。新型コロナウイルス感染症流行の影響からインタビュー調査は遅れている。インタビュー方式は主にオンラインとし、実施時期は対象者の介護状況をふまえて調整することとなった。機器の準備や対象者への説明などに時間を要したが、2023年度は感染症の動向に留意しつつインタビュー調査を進める予定である。
