本研究は、自律神経活動のバランスに着目し、地域で暮らす65歳以上の活動的な高齢者の自律神経活動の特徴を明らかにすることを目的としている。日本は世界一の長寿国であり、平均寿命が延びるなか介護を受けることや寝たきりにならずに日常生活を送れる期間を示す「健康寿命」は平均寿命より約10年短いと言われているが、歳を重ねても元気で仕事や趣味、社会貢献などを行い、自立している高齢者は多く存在する。2022年度も新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴う教育研究活動の実施方針に基づき、研究の自粛期間が長かったが、前年度の文献レビューを生かして、 2021年度に調査したデータを研究成果でケーススタディとしてまとめて、4rd Technological Competency as Caring in the Health Sciences 2022で学会発表を行った。Miki Sato, Feni Betriana, Ryuichi Tanioka, Kyoko Osaka, Yueren Zhao, Tetsuya Tanioka ; The characteristics of sleep and autonomic activity cases in active older adults who are younger than their age: comparative case study, 4rd Technological Competency as Caring in the Health Sciences 2022, Zoom, August 17-18, 2022.また、ケーススタディとして論文投稿中である。

In this study, the activities of self-discipline gods are focused on those who are engaged in activities at twilight and above 65 years old in the region.
