英文摘要
Within two years, the influence of parameters on the quality of knowledge transfers shall be examined, operationalized and validated by empiric experiments. Results shall be considered in a catalog of interventions optimizing knowledge-intensive processes that will be validated in laboratory studies. The objective of this consecutive projects is the examination of the influence of factors on knowledge transfer activities in the domain of product development and create insights about 1) how they affect the quality of knowledge and 2) how they can be designed in product development processes in order to optimize the quality of transfers having the same knowledge transfer velocity. Finally, results shall be integrated with insights of the initial project, that already has examined the influence of parameters on the velocity of knowledge transfers. The general objective is the development of a common methodology for the situation-specific selection, implementation, and evaluation of interventions, which optimize knowledge transfers in early stages of the product development.
