项目摘要

今年度は、自治体が所有する生活保護受給者の住民基本データや医療扶助・介護扶助レセプトデータを用いて、生活保護受給者の社会関係や生活背景についての新たな詳細データを追加し、最適な支援プランを提示するアルゴリズムを開発することを目的とした。また、それらデータを使い、潜在意味分析等の技術を用いて、生活保護受給者の高齢者の特性に関する5つのグループを同定した。さらに、そのような特徴（ペルソナ像）を持つ人々への支援の現場での対応について、福祉事務所のケースワーカーや保健師等へのヒアリングを行った。これらの結果、生活保護受給者の各ペルソナ像クラスタと受療行動（頻回受診等）との関連が明らかとなった。特徴的な受療行動を示すペルソナ像が特定された。また、社会的孤立や孤独感を抱えやすい生活保護受給者の特徴や自殺のリスク等についての実態が明らかとなり、論文として公表した。これらの結果を数式化して、支援プランの優先順位付けアルゴリズムを搭載した健康管理支援プラン導出システムプロトタイプを開発、システム事業者へ提供して実装した。

The characteristic treatment action shows that the image is specific. Social isolation, loneliness, life protection, characteristics of the recipient, suicide, etc. The results of this study were digitized, prioritized and supported, and health management support was developed and provided.
