项目摘要

基盤研究（C)の研究活動の一環として行ってきた「司法ソーシャルワーク研究会」・「司法福祉研究・実践に関わる国際情報についての意見交換会」・「司法ソーシャルワーク研究集会」を、2022年度は本研究の基幹をなす活動として、引き継いで実施した。そのような恒常的な活動に加えて、本研究は目的達成に向けて次の2つの調査活動を行うことを決定した。①刑事弁護において社会福祉士が被告人の更生支援計画を作成するなどの活動がどのように展開されているかについて、単位弁護士会・都道府県社会福祉士会を訪問して聴き取り調査を行う（以下、訪問調査という）。②名古屋地方裁判所の刑事裁判を、一定期間集中的に、研修を受けた調査員が傍聴し、被告人の福祉ニーズの存在とその内容、それが裁判の中でどのように扱われているかを調査する（以下、傍聴調査という）。この2つの研究調査の方法を議論し決定する場として、研究代表者・研究分担者と研究協力者（弁護士・社会福祉士）によって「研究ディテール検討会」を構成し、2022年度内に3回開催した。①は、「『人を対象とする研究』に関する倫理審査委員会」（以下、倫理審査委員会という）の2022年4月19日の承認を受け、同年5月、14弁護士会・12社会福祉士会に調査依頼を行い、6～9月、同意が得られた12弁護士会・7社会福祉士会を訪問し聴き取り調査を行った。②は、倫理審査委員会の同年7月22日の承認を受け、研究を委託する専門知識・技能を有する会社の選定に入った。株式会社サーベイリサーチセンター名古屋事務所（以下、研究受託者という）に研究委託を行うことを決定し、同年10月3日に契約を締結した。2023年1月7・8日、研究受託者採用の調査員の研修を実施した。研究受託者管理のもとに同調査員が、2023年1月16日から3月31日まで、第1次調査を実施した。

The research activities of the Foundation Research (C) include the "Judicial Welfare Research Conference", the "Judicial Welfare Research and Practice International Information Exchange Conference", and the "Judicial Welfare Research Conference". (1) Investigation conducted by the Criminal Protection Department, the Social Welfare Department, and the Defendant Rehabilitation Support Program (hereinafter referred to as "Interview Investigation").② Investigation of Nagoya District Court's criminal judgment, centralized investigation for a certain period of time, investigation of the existence of the defendant's welfare, investigation of the judgment (hereinafter, investigation). 2. The research methodology was discussed and decided in the field, and the research representatives, research contributors and research collaborators (nurses and social welfare personnel) were organized into a "research review meeting." Three reminders were held in 2022.① Approval of the Ethics Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Ethics Review Committee") on April 19, 2022; investigation by the 14th National Nursing Association and the 12th National Social Welfare Association in May of the same year; and investigation by the 12th National Nursing Association and the 7th National Social Welfare Association from June to September of the same year. (2) The Ethics Review Committee accepted the invitation on July 22 of the same year, and the research commission was selected by the company with knowledge and skills. Nagoya Office (hereinafter referred to as "Research Trustee") decided to conduct the research commission and concluded the contract on October 3 of the same year. January 7 - 8, 2023: Research conducted by investigators employed by research clients. The first survey was conducted on January 16, 2023, from March 31, 2023.
