2022年度では大きく分けて2点の研究を行いました。１点目は閲覧ログを生かしたe-bookページ遷移の推薦システムの新たなアルゴリズムの開発です。また２点目は、情報回避の傾向を減らすシステムの研究開発です。1.e-bookを閲覧するときに、閲覧しているページから内容の相関ある目的ページに飛ぶ際、どこが目的ページなのかが分からず迷ってしまうという問題があります。そこで、目的ページに辿り着く行動を効率化するためにページ推薦システムの開発を行うことにしました。ページ間の関係はユーザーの閲覧ログからページ滞在時間を計算するログ分析と、教科書内の各単語の重要度を計算する内容分析の２種類の手法で求め、２つの手法にそれぞれに重みをかけることで、１種類の分析方法を用いる場合よりも効果的なページ推薦システムの実現に取り組みました。２種類の手法を用いた時と、1種類の手法を用いたときのシステムの評価を比較したところ、単体の手法を用いるよりも２種類の手法に重みをかけたシステムの方は精度が高くなったことが分かりました。またログデータのみを用いたときの精度はアルゴリズムの改善により精度が向上したことが確認できました。2.研究の発展として、グループ化を利用した情報回避の傾向を減らすシステムを研究開発しました。情報回避とは、人々がさまざまな理由で外部からの情報を受け取ることを拒否する行為ということです。この現象はアカデミックリーディングでも起こります。そこで、グループディスカッションを通して、失われた情報を取り戻せることを目指しました。遺伝的アルゴリズムを使用して、異なるマーク習慣を持つ学生をさまざまなグループに分けるシステムを構築しました。評価実験によると、提案手法は学生の成績を明確に向上させることはできませんが、情報回避を効果的に減らすことができることを確認てきました。
