项目摘要

本研究目的は、研究に携わる看護職者が研究遂行上直面する倫理的問題を自律的に解決するために活用可能な「手引き書」を作成し、その有効性を検討することである。次の4段階を経て目的を達成する。1）第1段階：研究に携わる看護職者に質問紙調査を実施し、研究遂行上「直面した倫理的問題」の全容を質的帰納的に解明する。2）第2段階：研究遂行上「直面した倫理的問題」に対し、看護職者が実際に講じている「克服法」の全容を質的帰納的に解明する。3）第3段階：研究遂行上「直面した倫理的問題」とその「克服法」の関係を解明する。4）第4段階：研究遂行上「直面した倫理的問題」の克服に向けた「手引き書」を作成し、その有効性を検討する。2019年度は、2年以内に査読のある看護系学会に筆頭著者として研究成果を公表した看護職者を対象とし、質問紙調査により収集した「直面した倫理的問題」のデータを質的帰納的に分析した。2020年度は、研究に携わる看護職者が研究遂行上直面した倫理的問題の「克服法」のデータを収集するために倫理審査を受審し、承認を得た。全国調査に向け、パイロットスタディを実施した。2021年度は、質問紙による全国調査を実施し、「直面した倫理的問題」とその「克服法」のデータを収集した。2022年度は、2019年度に産出した「直面した倫理的問題」に2021年度に新たに収集したデータを追加し、質的帰納的に分析した。現在、内容分析の専門家による指導を受けながら精度の高い分析結果の産出に向け、繰り返し分析を行っている。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ethical problems faced by caregivers and to explore how to solve them by self-discipline. The fourth stage is achieved. 1) The first stage: research and implementation of paper surveys for caregivers, research and implementation of comprehensive and qualitative solutions to "ethical issues." 2) The second stage: study the implementation of the "face to face ethical issues", nursing staff and practical teaching,"overcome the law" and the overall content of the inclusion of the explanation 3) The third stage: the relationship between "facing ethical problems" and "overcoming methods" in research practice. 4) The fourth stage: research on the implementation of the "face to face ethical issues" and overcome the direction of "hand-led book" to create, and the effectiveness of the discussion. In 2019, the research results of the nursing department were published and analyzed. In 2020, the research team carried out research to overcome ethical problems, and the ethical review team was tried and recognized. The national investigation was carried out in a timely manner. In 2021, the National Survey of "Facing Ethical Problems" and the "Overcoming Law" were carried out. In 2022, the output of 2019 was "facing ethical problems", and in 2021, the new collection was added to the analysis. Now, the content analysis of the home guidance is subject to high precision analysis results of the output direction, return analysis of the process.
