项目摘要

令和4年度は，COVID-19の状況を鑑みて，既存のデータの詳細な分析と文献などの資料調査を主とした.詳細な事例の分析により，出生前診断をうけるという新しい医療の文脈のなかでは,医療者の関心が胎児に向けられ,自分自身が置き去りにされてしまう孤独な体験が浮き彫りとなった.この点は，先行研究と一致していると考えられ,医療者の相談機能を高めるための教育システムの見直しの必要性が示唆された.調査方法として，質問紙やオンラインによるインタビューも検討したが，研究の性質上，対面でのインタビューが望ましいため調査時期は，慎重に考慮する必要があった.また，今年度はオンライン上ではあるが，Ａ市の自助グループの検討会へ,研究者として参加することができた．近年，着床前診断の実施施設の拡大が進められつつあることが，生れようとしているいのちの選別につながるなど新たな社会的圧力として生じる可能性が懸念事項として浮上しており，質問内容など計画の一部を修正した.さらに，周産期領域の経験年数5年目以上の医療者（助産師・保健師）へ予備的聴き取りをおこない，今後の課題として，集積した文献等の知見に，スコーピングレビュー等の分析を加えることで，支援のために周産期領域の医療者が活用できるガイドライン作成への重要な示唆が得られた.しかし，研究代表者が，研究機関を移動したことにより資格喪失となったため補助事業としては，廃止することとなった.本研究による成果の一部は，令和4年度の研究成果公開促進費（学術図書）の採択を受け，刊行物（全6章）として，その序章と第4章に収録し公表予定である.

In 2010 and 2014, the status of COVID-19 was identified, and detailed analysis of existing data and literature survey were conducted. Detailed case analysis, prenatal diagnosis, new medical context, medical care, fetal care, self-determination, loneliness, body care, etc. The point is that the first study and the second study are necessary for medical practitioners to talk about their functions. The method of investigation and the nature of the investigation are carefully considered. This year's event was held in Beijing, China. In recent years, the implementation of pre-implantation diagnosis has been greatly improved, and the selection of all kinds of new social pressures has been raised. The possibility of suspense has been raised, and the contents of questions have been revised. In addition, medical practitioners (midwives and health care practitioners) with a history of more than 5 years in the perinatal field are prepared to take advantage of this opportunity. For future topics, while gathering knowledge from literature and other opinions, analysis such as computer programming and reporting will be added, and important instructions will be developed to support the use of medical practitioners in the perinatal field. The research representative was removed from the research organization and the subsidy was suspended. A part of the results of this research will be published in 2004, and the public promotion fee (academic book) will be accepted. The publication (all 6 chapters) will be published in the preface of chapter 4.
