项目摘要

本研究の目的を遂行するため、2022年度において次のような研究活動を実施した。2019年度より、新宿の大久保にあるハラルショップにおけるサービスエンカウンターの相互行為分析に着手した。当該エリアにおけるネパール人が経営するハラルショップにおいて、サービスエンカウンターでの店員（ネパール人）と客（日本人を含む多様なエスニシティ）のやり取りを一定期間に渡りビデオ撮影した。この研究は、移民を話者とする第二言語としての日本語が、ホスト社会においてどのように使われまた機能しているのかといった視点から、二者間（移民とホスト社会）の関係性にアプローチすることを企図している。2021年度、これまでの研究成果として、第94回日本社会学会大会（2021年11月）において、報告を行った後、データの追加収集の必要が明らかになった為、2022年度にかけて、調査協力者とデータの再収集方法について改めて打合せを重ね、新たなデータ収集について承諾を得た。その後、大学の倫理審査委員会において、データの再収集に関わる倫理審査を申請し承認を得たが、調査協力者が日本国内にいるタイミングが掴めず年度内の調査の実施は叶わなかった。2022年度後半は、「国際退職移住」を対象とした調査を2度、タイにおいて実施した。日本人会のインタヴュー調査、また、チェンマイにおいて、13名の日本人高齢移住者のライフヒストリーインタヴューを実施した。彼らとホスト社会の関わり方、医療・介護や保険制度の課題を明らかにした。これらの結果をもとに、トランスナショナルな高齢化社会における、グローバル・マイグレーションとホスト社会の関係性について考察した。

The purpose of this study was achieved and the research activities were carried out in 2022. In 2019, Shinjuku Okubo started to analyze the interaction between them. When the customer is in charge of the business, he/she will pay attention to it for a certain period of time. This study focuses on the second language of immigrants and Japanese society, and the relationship between immigrants and Japanese society. In 2021, the research results of this project were published, and the 94th Japan Society of Social Sciences Conference (November 2021) was held. After the report was carried out, the need for additional collection was clarified. In 2022, the research team and the re-collection method were revised. The new collection was promised. The Ethics Review Committee of the University has been involved in the review of the application for approval of the Ethics Review, and the investigation collaborators have been involved in the review of the investigation in Japan. In the second half of 2022, the "International Retirement and Residence" survey was conducted twice. The Japanese Association conducted a survey of 13 Japanese immigrants. Social, medical, and health care issues are becoming more and more important. The result of this study is to investigate the relationship between the social development and the social development.
