项目摘要

2019 年度から2021年度にかけて実施した、本研究の目的の一つであった、広島県内の訪問看護ステーションにおける災害に関する準備性を理解するという点においては、フェーズ１と２におけるアンケート調査とインタビュー調査で達成することができた。また、データ収集分析終了後、関連の学会にて口頭発表を2年間連続で続報という形で実施した。その後、フェーズ３を研修会の機会を利用し、実施予定していたが、コロナ感染症の拡大によりフェーズ３のデルファイ方法によるデータ収集実施（地域におけるケア提供者の災害準備に関する提案に関するコンセンサス事項）が困難となった。オンラインでのデルファイ方法実施を考慮したが、アンケートやインタビューから（特にアンケートより）訪問看護ステーションでの災害準備に関する取り組みへの課題がおおよそ明らかになったため、フェーズ３でのデータ収集はなくても可能と判断した。さらには、2026年度より全国で施設内での事業継続計画の設置が義務化されてゆくことや、厚生労働省からもこの件に関しての提示があり、地域におけるケア提供者からの災害への準備はある程度は高まってゆくことが予想された。そのため、フェーズ3に関するデータ収取は行なわないこととした。その後、フェーズ１と２からの結果を基に、論文作成を行ってきた。2022年度にかけて英文雑誌への投稿を実施したが、スコープが合わないということで別雑誌を探索中であり、再度投稿の準備が整い次第、投稿予定である。
