项目摘要

本研究は、今日のホームレスの実態に即した居住支援システムのあり方を考察するために、アメリカでホームレス研究を蓄積してきた研究者との共同研究により、ホームレスに至る経路の解明と支援システムの評価を行うものである。2019年度から2022年度までの4年間、海外共同研究者との研究ミーティングを実施し、ホームレスの実態や支援システムの実績に関するデータを共同で分析することを目的としている。2020年度に海外共同研究者と実施したオンラインミーティングでは、①ホームレス率に影響を与える地域特性の分析、②広義のホームレス概念に基づく日本の不安定居住の実態解明、③日本のホームレス数の減少の制度的背景を研究課題として設定することを確認した。2022年度は、特に②広義のホームレス概念に基づく日本の不安定居住の実態解明に重点を置き、一般市民4万人から回答を得たインターネット調査を用いて不安定居住の経験率を分析し16th European Research Conference on Homelessnessにて海外共同研究者とともに発表した。また、2021年度に取り組んだ③日本のホームレス数の減少の制度的背景に関する研究についても海外共同研究者との国際共著論文として国際誌に発表した。加えて、ホームレスとの接触の頻度や貧困の経験がホームレス問題に対する態度にどのように影響しているのかをインターネット調査の結果から分析し国際学会での報告を計画しているほか、アメリカ・ミズーリ州で取り組まれている貧困教育プログラムに関するヒアリング調査を3月に実施した。

This study is a review of the current status of residential support systems and the results of joint research by researchers. During the four years from fiscal 2019 to fiscal 2022, overseas co-investigators conducted joint analysis on the implementation of research projects and the implementation of state support projects. In 2020, overseas co-investigators conducted research on the following topics: (1) analysis of the impact of urban renewal rate on urban renewal and its regional characteristics;(2) explanation of urban renewal concept on the status of unstable housing in Japan; and (3) background of urban renewal rate reduction system in Japan. 2022 - 2022: The concept of housing is based on the understanding of the situation of unstable housing in Japan. The focus is on the general public. 40,000 people responded to the survey. The analysis of the rate of unstable housing was carried out by overseas co-researchers at the 16th European Research Conference on Homelessness. 2021 Annual Report on the Background of the System for the Reduction of Domestic Violence in Japan and International Co-authored Papers by Overseas Co-Researchers The frequency of exposure to poverty, poverty and poverty, attitudes towards poverty and poverty, and the results of the poverty and poverty survey were analyzed and reported to the International Academy of Sciences.
