占領復興期における物資需給計画、輸送統制計画、軽機械・電子機械工業、労使関係、貿易振興政策について共同研究を進めた。分担者によって進捗度は異なるが、山崎は物資需給計画、輸送計画について1945年度計画から順次分析を進め、2022年度は47年度計画の全体像を明らかにした。林采成は、日本帝国崩壊後の東アジアの経済発展を視野に入れつつ、その過渡期に当るアメリカ陸軍司令部軍政庁下の韓国経済を分析した。帝国の崩壊や南北の分断を経て深刻な経済危機に直面した韓国経済が如何に、復興の兆しをつかんだのか、経済統制に関する政策、企画及活動を統括した軍政庁中央経済委員会による経済運営実態を明らかにした。竹内祐介は1945～46年の鉄道復興計画について検討を行い、1945年9月に立案された鉄道復興第一次計画で、国鉄のみならず、地方鉄道・軌道の復興も考慮され、鉄道単独ではなく、海運とあわせた総合的な輸送力確保が検討されていたことを明らかにし、1年後の「鉄道復興五ヵ年計画（案）」では、国鉄に限定して、石炭制約から鉄道電化計画が加わった点を明らかにした。河村徳士は、ラジオをはじめとする通信工業がGHQから復旧を急がされ、物資割り当てに関しても優遇されたこと、技術者の充実や半導体開発の布石となる研究を始めていたこと、加えて当該事業が復興に関していかなる制約に直面していたのかについて検討した。見浪知信は、復興初期の貿易について政府間貿易から民間貿易へ回帰する過程を、GHQおよび日本政府の政策や、統計資料からその実態を検討し、1947年における民間輸出の再開に焦点をあて、輸出再開当時の貿易状況や輸出工業の展開、外国人バイヤーの来日状況などについて資料を収集、分析をおこなった。なお、研究協力者の宣在源は経済復興会議の役割、呂寅満は国民生活の貿易収支改善の重要産業であったミシン工業の復興過程を分析した。

Yusuke Takeuchi reviewed and discussed the railway rehabilitation plan of 1945 - 46, and in September 1945, he filed the first plan for railway rehabilitation, national railway, local railway and railway rehabilitation, railway independence, shipping and transportation capacity guarantee, and a year later, the "Five-Year Plan for Railway Rehabilitation" was issued. The railway electrification plan is restricted to the following points: Kawamura Tokugawa, the founder of the communications industry, has been working hard to revive GHQ, improve resources, and improve semiconductor development. The process of governmental trade, private trade and the return of foreign trade in the early period of the Japanese Renaissance, the policy support of GHQ and the Japanese government, and the statistical data collection and analysis of the reopening of private exports in 1947 are discussed. The research collaborators are analyzing the process of industrial recovery in the context of the economic recovery conference and the improvement of trade and expenditure in national life.
