项目摘要

１．農業における新規開業や事業の多角化を決定する要因について、産業全体との比較を通じて分析を行った。まず、全国各都道府県の農業における新規開業率と事業多角化率を説明するために、2点パネルデータを用いた固定効果モデル分析を実施した。第二に、固定効果の測定を通じて間接的に起業家精神を特定した。第三に、経済社会統計や起業家意識に関するアンケート調査の結果に基づいて、地域レベルでの農業起業家精神に影響を与える要因を調査した。最後に、農業全体と比較した上記の分析結果に基づいて、農業における起業家精神の促進に貢献する政策的含意を導き出した。２．起業家精神を発揮している農業経営を各種事例集から選定し、事業構造の経営分析を行った。等至点、分岐点、社会的方向づけ、社会的助勢を発見し、事業創造を実現するプロセスをTEM図として表現し、起業家精神の醸成プロセスを明らかにした。３．農業農村における起業家精神の実態を把握するために、農業経営者を対象とする大規模なアンケート調査を実施した。調査内容は、GEMの分析枠組みと調査票を基礎とし、起業家精神の発揮に関する意識、態度、活動の実態に関するものとした。また、社会的価値をあげながら、経済価値を実現するCSV（共有価値創造）戦略を成功させる要因を特定する分析手法を考案し、多項ロジット分析および構造方程式モデリングによる接近を行った。調査結果および、これまでの研究成果、定量分析と定性分析の成果を総合し、農業農村における起業家精神の構造と発現プロセスを解明し、経済価値と社会価値を両立する経営戦略の成立要因を明らかにした。
