项目摘要

本研究の独創的な特徴は、M・フーコーの統治性理論を現代の東アジア諸国の政治、経済、文化、教育の各諸相に適用することにより、従来の権力理論やヘゲモニー概念では捉えきれなかった知と権力の構造や被統治者の主体形成批判を展開することにある。2021年度の実績は、以下の2点にまとめることができる。第一に、文献調査を中心に、フーコー思想の底流にある「主体形成」という観点から、フーコーの新自由主義論についての再考を行い、そこにいかなる批判的視座があるのかを提示した。具体的に、新自由主義的統治に潜まれている人間学的な側面に注目し、そこにはフーコーが生涯テーマとしている「批判としての系譜学」の構図が控えていることが明らかにされた。この検討を通して、本研究の理論的準拠点であるフーコーの新自由主義批判に関する理解を深めることができた。その内容は論文としてまとめられ、『名古屋大学大学院教育発達科学研究科紀要（教育科学）』第68巻第2号に掲載された。第二に、資料収集の戦略を調整し、日本国内で入手できる資料を集めそれに対する分析を行った。本研究を遂行するためには、中国をはじめとするアジア諸国の経済政策や教育政策の資料収集が必要不可欠である。しかし昨今の状況を鑑みて、海外への渡航が難しいと判断し、日本国内の研究機関が提供する研究資料やで公開されている統計資料などを代用することにより、当初予定していた研究方法の調整を行い、資料を収集をおこなった。以上と並行して、博士学位論文の執筆に取り組んでいた。
