本年度は、主に英語借用の多言語データベース（GLADデータベース）の修正作業と、韓国語との対照研究に着手した。まず、GLADデータベースの修正作業に関しては、昨年度までの共同研究において、明らかになった言語間の不一致を解消する目的で行った。日本語に関しては、unadaptedとadaptedのカテゴリー分け、pseudo-Anglicismのカテゴリーの再検討、低頻度語の削除などを行った。また、韓国語のデータのすり合わせを行うため、韓国語データの作成者を招聘し、各語のカテゴリー分けや、データベースの入力方法に差異がないかを確認した。一部のカテゴリー分けの不一致や入力基準に合致しない語、入力語数に影響する入力の差異などが見つかったため、その解消に努めた。さらに他言でのデータベース作成者との間でもオンラインの会議を重ね、差異の解消に努めた。また、同時に、英語借用の比較を始めるために、データベースを用いた対照研究を始めた。韓国語のデータの更新作業と同時に、量的比較として、1) 借用の総数、2) 品詞別の数、3)借用タイプ別の数、4)基礎語彙における日本語を比較を始めた。また、借用のされやすさ（borrowability）の階層に基づき、品詞別の借用の数を集計し、比較することも始め、英語からの影響の強さの比較記述を進めている。さらに、データベースのデータを用いた多言語比較の観点から、日本語におけるpseudo-Anglicismの分析も進めている。
