项目摘要

本研究は、１．消費における企業の役割と、２．ペレストロイカにおける改革と「企業社会」の変容、の二つに分けて行う。2022年度は１および２の双方で本格的なアンケート調査とデプスインタビューを実施する予定であったが、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻を受けて年度内には実施することができなかった。予定していた現地調査が実施できなかったため、欧米やロシア・ソ連で公表された文献を中心に研究を進めた。本研究費で講読した雑誌・新聞は、現状では制約の大きいロシア国内での議論を知るうえで有益であった。特にロシアでは2021年末のソ連崩壊30周年を前後して、ソビエト・システムを再考する論文や最新の研究成果、様々な回想が発表されている。欧米においては、本研究テーマに完全に合致する研究書は見当たらないが、ソビエト時代の文化や社会に関する書籍のなかにも、消費社会の描写がみられるため、こうした資料も参考にした。日本国内では、ビクトル・ゴルシコフ氏を招いて講演会を実施するなど、ロシア研究者との交流を通じて研究方法、アイデアを再検討する作業を続けた。本年度は、資料を収集・検討することに大きな時間を費やし、論文にまとめることはできなかったが、2023年度には成果を発表する準備をしている。ただし、ソビエトを「企業社会」として描くうえで一つの鍵となる企業内の「オルス＝労働者供給部」についての研究・資料はほとんど見つけることができていない。そのため、アンケートないしインタビューは必須であることが明らかとなった。アンケート調査については、最大のネックであると思われたロシアへの送金問題について、年度末にその可能性が見えてきたため、ロシア側の協力者との打ち合わせを開始した。
