本研究の目的は，コンテンツ産業の国際展開における成功要因をビジネスシステムの観点から明らかにすることである．研究代表者はこれまでに，事業領域が広範囲におよぶマンガビジネス（作品を軸に連動するコミックとアニメ，キャラクター商品などの事業）の事業間関係の研究に取り組み，国内事業におけるビジネスシステムの有効性を解明してきた．しかし，国内で機能しているビジネスシステムが，一部の成功例を除けば，海外では必ずしも機能していないという現状が見受けられる．そこで，これまでの研究を発展させ,(1)マンガビジネスを中心としたコンテンツ産業の国際展開のパターンを類型化し，(2)その国際展開の類型に影響を与える要因を検討した上で,(3)国内外を包括するビジネスシステムの観点から，コンテンツ産業における国際展開の成功要因の解明を試みる．当初の計画では，2020年度には，コンテンツ産業に関する文献および資料を入手・渉猟した上で，国際展開の成功事例に関連する企業の日本本社および米国での聴き取り調査を行う予定であった．しかしながら，新型コロナウイルスの影響で，日本国内および米国での聴き取り調査が実施できなかったため，コンテンツ産業に関する文献および資料にもとづき研究を進めてきた．2020年度に進まなかった研究の遅れを取り戻すために，2021年度および2022年度は，Zoom等を活用した聴き取り調査の実施を試みたが，分析に必要なデータの収集が十分ではないため，2023年度は，国内外の調査対象企業に出向き，対面で聴き取り調査を行う予定である．

The purpose of this study is to clarify the key factors for the success of the international development of the enterprise. The research representative is responsible for the research on the inter-business relationship between the business field and the business (the work axis is linked to the product), and the effectiveness of the business system in China is explained. The research and development of this field are as follows: (1) the classification of the international development of the industry;(2) the discussion of the influence and the main factors of the international development;(3) the analysis of the key factors of the success of the international development of the industry at home and abroad. The original plan is to start with the literature and data related to the industry in 2020, and the success stories related to the international development of the company in Japan and the United States are scheduled to be investigated. In 2020, the research on the impact of the new type of computer technology was carried out in Japan and the United States. In 2021 and 2022, the research on the impact of the new type of computer technology was carried out. Analysis of the necessary data collection, 2023, the domestic and foreign investigation target enterprises in the direction of export, the opposite side of the investigation is scheduled to be determined.
