项目摘要

R4年度の研究実績としては、【成果①】サブスクリプションを含むプライシングを専門とする企業との共同研究開始、【成果②】22年12月にメインテーマについての調査を実施し、調査データを分析した。分析結果は本中間報告時点の5月14日に学会発表済みである。【成果③】サブスクリプション・サービスを提供する事業会社と共同研究を開始予定、【成果④】通信販売業のリピートについての学会発表の4点が挙げられる。成果詳細は下記の通りである。【成果①】：打合せや交流を重ねた上で、プライシングを専門とし、価格に関する新聞記事や経済誌記事などに頻繁に意見や寄稿をするコンサルティング企業との共同研究を2022年7月にスタートした。既に同社が収集した実データを踏まえた議論などを始めている。【成果②】：サブスクリプションの顧客満足や価格感度を調査する目的で、現サービスのユーザーに対する調査を2022年12月に実施し、約3000サンプルのデータを収集し、その分析を進めた。なお分析結果は23年度5月の消費者行動研究学会で発表済みであるが、発表自体はR5年度の成果となる。【成果③】：R4年度末にサブスクリプションを提供する事業会社との共同研究の検討をスタートさせ、本報告執筆段階で具体的な実行するデータ分析の内容等を検討しており、R5年度中の共同研究スタートを計画している。【成果④】：定期購入の形であるが、リピート顧客についての発表を11月に実施済みである。研究計画時のRQのうち、1つ目と3つ目については大部分をR3年度で達成をしたことを報告済みであるが、本中間報告の成果の②は、RQの特に2つ目「サブスクリプションは顧客の利益や便益にどれほど寄与しているのか」について解を出すものである。ただしその分析結果は、RQの1つ目の顧客満足の構造と、RQ3つ目のいかに関係性を築くか、にも重要な示唆をもたらすものとなっている。
