项目摘要

学際教育に関する2021年度までの研究成果を踏まえ、2022年度においては高等教育の現場において学際的な教育理念を掲げ、具体的なカリキュラム編成、教育手法の導入などによって学際教育と学際的人材の育成の推進を目指している広島大学、山口大学、九州大学における教育実態の調査を行うことを主眼とした。具体的には、各大学の当該学部等の教育現場で授業等を担当している教員の意識や実践例、体験的実例等の収集を行うこと、ならびに、教育組織の管理者として立場からの見解を探るために学部長等を含めた調査を行うこととし、インタビュー調査によって、学際教育の実施状況とその成果ならびに課題等について聴取を行った。また、学際教育に関連する共通した以下の項目を設定し、学生教育に関連する教員個々の認識状況、実践例と実践計画、課題意識などについて、統一的な分析を行い、それぞれの項目についての共通点、相違点、特異点などを抽出するように設計した。調査項目（１）教員個人レベルで行っている学際教育の現状学際性を意識した研究・教育の実施状況（２）学部（学科）レベルで行なっている学際教育の現状学部（学科）で実施している学際教育の例、学際教育の必要性及び学際教育の特徴（３）学際教育の課題所属組織（学部・学科など）の特徴、学際教育の課題と思われる要素、異分野の研究者と学際的な研究・教育を行うために必要な要素以上のインタビュー調査を踏まえ、2023年3月29日・30日に広島大学、山口大学、九州大学合同研究会－「多文化的・学際的な協働教育の教育方法論の構築－知識理論とSciTSを土台として－」を開催し、各大学における調査結果の相互報告および比較検討、ならびに分析を行い、今後必要となる研究の方向性に関する議論と、ここまでの成果に関する論文執筆の計画について検討を行い、次年度の研究計画を策定した。

The research results related to inter-academic education in 2021 will be further developed.
