项目摘要

本研究は，病院に入院する幼児を対象とする病棟保育実践の振り返りを支援する病棟保育実践プロセス評価ツールを柱とする『病棟保育実践の手引き』の作成を目的としている。本年度，第一に，病棟保育実践プロセス評価ツールのプロトタイプである『子どもと保育士のあゆみ（病棟保育ポートフォリオ）』及び『子どもと保育士のあゆみ（病棟保育ポートフォリオ）解説』をバージョン4.3にブラッシュアップした。その上で，この２冊を「プロセス評価セット」として使用感アンケート調査を実施した。本調査の研究参加者を，「急性期のこども（2から5歳），あるいは慢性疾患のあるこども（2から5歳）を担当する病棟保育士であり，インフォームドコンセントの手続きにより研究参加に同意したもの」と定義し，縁故法を用いて研究参加を得た。その結果，6名の研究参加者から回答を得て「プロセス評価セット」の役立つ点，改善点を把握することができた。結果の詳細は2023年6月の第27回日本医療保育学会学術集会一般演題において発表予定である。また，調査結果を受けて「プロセス評価セット」の改善に着手し，基幹部分である「個別保育計画」及び「あゆみの記録」を更新した。更新の概要を示す。第一に『子どもと保育士のあゆみ（病棟保育ポートフォリオ）』について（1）「あゆみの記録」に示されている「プロセス評価の評価軸」の追加と修正を行い，（2）「個別の保育計画」に示されている「アセスメントの評価軸」を左記の追加修正後の「プロセス評価の評価軸」と対比できるものに変更した。作成された『子どもと保育士のあゆみ（病棟保育ポートフォリオ）』のページ数は，調査に使用したものと同じく多くなったため，現場で保育士が見やすく，記入しやすいようページ数を含む構造全体を見直した。

The aim of this study is to support the establishment of a hospital care system for children with disabilities. In the current year, the first step was to review the implementation of plant conservation practices, namely,"Child Conservation" and "Child Conservation" in paragraph 4.3. The above two volumes are entitled "Review and Evaluation" and are conducted in the context of the survey. The participants in this study were defined as "patients with acute diseases (2 to 5 years old), patients with chronic diseases (2 to 5 years old), and patients with acute diseases (2 to 5 years old)." As a result, six study participants answered "the evaluation of the performance" and "the improvement of the performance". The results are detailed in the 27th Japan Society of Medical and Conservation Academic Conference, June 2023. In addition, the results of the survey are subject to the improvement of the "Top Review", and the "Individual Conservation Plan" and the "Record of Work" are updated in the basic part.
