近年の食関連技術の発展は目覚ましい．しかしながら，以前より，日本の一般市民は食関連技術の発展に否定的であるため，新しい食関連技術の発展のためにはリスクコミュニケ―ションが必要となってくる．円滑なリスクコミュニケーションのためには，一般市民のリスクやベネフィットの認知や受容において重視する要因などについて理解する必要があるが，細胞農業などの新しい食関連技術については検討されてきていない．そこで本研究では，新しい食関連技術として細胞農業，特に細胞培養肉に対する円滑なリスクコミュニケーションの方法を検討することを目的として，アジェンダとしてSDGs（持続可能な開発目標）に着目し，細胞培養肉に対する一般市民のリスクやベネフィットの認知および受容度の変化についてweb調査を実施し，新しい食関連技術の受容に対する意思決定モデルを構築するとともに，SDGsにアジェンダフレーミングすることによる効果を検証することを目的としている．当初研究期間の最終年度（3年目）にあたる本年度は,細胞培養肉のSDGsへの関連性についての情報が，一般市民の食関連技術の受容に与える影響について社会心理学的な実験を実施することを予定していた．しかしながら、コロナの感染拡大に伴う連携協力者との打ち合わせなどが困難であったことに伴い，先行実験を含めた実験実施に遅れが出ており，当初計画のための調査項目等や提供情報の精査を行った．
