项目摘要

【課題意識】地域社会の人間関係の希薄化・縮小化により育児や介護、災害や転居、独居や死別など、いつでもどこでも誰にでも社会的排除のリスクが存在する。コロナ禍を経て社会的排除のリスクがさらに高まり、社会的包摂の推進は国策の喫緊の課題である。住民のよりよく生きる権利を守るために社会の包容力を志向することは保健師の責務である。【研究目的】現代社会における弱者を包容する地域づくりに取り組む保健師の実践知から社会的包摂を志向する公衆衛生看護の概念構造（原理）を解明し、これを公衆衛生看護の原理とするロジックモデルを開発する。社会的包摂を志向する公衆衛生看護の原理を現場に根付かせるためにモデルの実装を試みる。【研究実績】これまで国内外の社会的包摂に関する文献検討、および Social Inclusionの概念分析を行い、社会的包摂の概念の構成要素を抽出し、ロジックモデル原案を作成した。次いで社会的包摂を志向した公衆衛生看護の活動事例について中堅期保健師12名を対象にヒアリングを行い、仮説検証型multiple case studyアプローチを用いてモデル原案に追試を重ね、日本の公衆衛生看護の実践に適用可能なロジックモデルに改良した。さらに全国の管理期保健師6名を対象にグループインタビューを行い、ロジックモデルを洗練した。また、モデルの実装段階に向けて、信頼性と妥当性を担保するために、管理期保健師のグループインタビューおよび日本公衆衛生看護学会学術集会にてワークショップを開催し、現場から広く意見聴取した。

In the second place, the goal of the social package was to improve the public health care practice in Japan by improving the application of the health care system in Japan. Today, 6 health care professionals from across the country are working together to improve their health. In addition, the management period of health care professionals and the academic meeting of the Japanese Public Health Care Association are also open to the public.
